The Full Reset

Imagine no longer being confused by your own reactions.

You understand what is driving you. You recognize the patterns you once repeated automatically. You read people and situations with greater accuracy - and respond with intention instead of impulse.

The conversation you used to replay for days? You understand what happened and why. The relationship that kept leaving you uncertain? You see the pattern more clearly. The moment pressure rises? You know how to work with what is happening inside you rather than be controlled by it.

This is Self-Intelligence in practice: understanding yourself clearly, reading what is happening around you accurately, and choosing how you respond.

That’s what ten weeks from now can look like.

You Know Something Needs To Change You Just Can’t see the Pattern Yet.

You’ve reflected. You’ve tried changing your habits. You may even know exactly what you should do differently.

But knowing is not the same as understanding what keeps taking over.

The Full Reset helps you identify what is driving your reactions, recognize the patterns shaping your choices, and read the people and situations around you with greater accuracy.

This is Self-Intelligence Coaching.

Ten weeks of focused skill-building designed to help you understand yourself more clearly—and use that understanding where it matters most: in your decisions, communication, relationships, and how you respond under pressure.

You don’t leave with more insight to think about. You leave knowing what to do differently.

The Research Behind Self-Intelligence

Self-Intelligence Coaching is grounded in my doctoral research into empathy, emotion, and moral psychology.

My work led me to a central insight: understanding what you feel is only part of the process. Meaningful change also requires the ability to examine perspective, interpret what is happening around you, and use that understanding to guide how you respond.

That is why this work is skills-based.

You learn to recognize what is driving your reactions, question the assumptions shaping your interpretation, read people and situations with greater accuracy, and respond with intention rather than automatically repeating familiar patterns.

This is not about becoming more emotional or more sensitive.

It is about developing a clearer understanding of yourself, a more accurate reading of what is happening around you, and a stronger ability to act on what you understand.

That is Self-Intelligence in practice.

You already know something needs to change.
Now it’s time to understand what keeps getting in the way.
