Empathos Coaching is where academic research meets real life. After years of teaching at the university level, I took my analytical research on empathy and created the Circle of Empathy, a three-stage process rooted in self-awareness, perspective shifting, and intentional action.
But this is not just theory. I have lived it. My own experiences with people pleasing, poor boundaries, and choosing the wrong partners are what led me to do this work. Empathos is different because it combines research driven tools with the emotional honesty of someone who has been there. I help women not only understand their patterns but finally break them.
